Ingredients
2 chopped green apples
one cup of cranberries that have been dried
Roughly chopped pecans, measuring 1 cup
If desired, add 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds.
1/2 cup of maple syrup or honey
1/3 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
For a creamier texture, you may optionally add 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt or mayonnaise.
The recipe calls for a big mixing basin, so get out your sliced green apples, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans.
Combine the poppy seeds, lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), and small bowl and whisk until well combined. Add Greek yogurt or mayonnaise for a creamier dressing if you want.

Advice: For more color and taste, try adding fresh pomegranate seeds or orange slices.
