Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool completely.
Mix the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine Ingredients:
Fold the pumpkin mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Then, gently fold in the whipped cream until everything is well combined.
Assemble and Chill:
Pour the pumpkin cream filling into the cooled pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the pie is set
