Grilled Chicken with Creamy Garlic Penne & Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced

2 cups cooked penne pasta

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp butter

Salt & pepper to taste

2 cups baby potatoes, halved

Olive oil & chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Roast Potatoes: Toss baby potatoes in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 mins.

2. Cook Pasta Sauce: Sauté garlic in butter, stir in cream and Parmesan until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Combine Pasta: Mix sauce with cooked pasta and chopped parsley.

4. Assemble: Serve creamy pasta with sliced grilled chicken and roasted potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
