- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, add butter + condensed milk. Melt over medium-low heat.
- Add the white chocolate chips and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla, almond extract, and sugar cookie mix.
- Mix until thick, glossy, and silky.
- Pour mixture into your pan.
- Immediately top with sprinkles or crushed cookies.
- Chill for at least 2 hours until firm, then cut into squares.
METHOD 2: MICROWAVE (Fast & Fool-Proof)
- Add butter, condensed milk, and white chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
- Add vanilla + cookie mix.
- Stir well, pour into pan, decorate, and chill.
