A fun, easy party snack — cheesy, beefy, and full of taco flavor in every bite!
Ingredients
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
• 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes & green chiles (undrained)
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 package mini phyllo shells or small tortilla scoops (about 30)
Directions
1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain any fat.
2. Stir in taco seasoning and the diced tomatoes with chiles. Simmer 3–5 minutes.
3. Spoon the beef mixture into phyllo shells or tortilla scoops.
4. Top with cheddar cheese.
5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 8–10 minutes until cheese melts.
