Ingredients
3–4 lbs apples, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
1. Add peeled and sliced apples to the slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle cornstarch, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon over the apples.
3. Pour in melted butter, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
4. Stir gently until apples are coated.
5. Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1 1/2–2 hours, until apples are tender.
6. Stir before serving.
