The flavor is creamy, savory, and a surefire crowd-pleaser. Whether you’re hosting a party or need a dish to bring to your next potluck, this one is going to disappear in a flash as soon as it hits the table.

 

Ingredients

  • 8 oz imitation crabmeat flakes
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup finely diced white onion
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Cocktail sauce, for serving

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Place a large piece of plastic wrap on a plate and scoop mixture into the center. Enclose with the plastic wrap and shape into a round ball.
  3. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
  4. Unwrapped and place on a serving plate. Serve with crackers, pretzels, or veggie sticks.
  5. Optional: Pour cocktail sauce over the top before serving.
