15 oz lemon pie filling

Preheat your oven to 350°F or according to your oven Pour the melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish. Do not stir.

Spoon the lemon pie filling over the batter. Do not mix; the layers will form during baking. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
