Melt-in-Your-Mouth Peanut Butter Bars

These rich, no-fuss peanut butter bars have a soft, creamy texture and a smooth chocolate topping. They don’t require baking (except for melting the chocolate), making them perfect for a quick dessert.

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Layer

1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, melted

2 cups (500 g) creamy peanut butter

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

4 cups (480 g) powdered sugar

2 cups (180 g) graham cracker crumbs

Pinch of salt (optional)

Chocolate Topping

1½ cups (255 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips

¼ cup (60 g) creamy peanut butter

Instructions

Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Mix in the powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and salt until a thick, uniform mixture forms.
Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared pan.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and ¼ cup peanut butter in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the peanut butter layer.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
Lift the bars out using the parchment paper and cut into 24 squares.
Tips
For cleaner cuts, chill the bars well and use a sharp knife warmed under hot water, wiping it clean between slices.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Freeze for up to 3 months; thaw in the refrigerator before serving.

Enjoy these creamy, chocolatey peanut butter bars with a glass of cold milk or a cup of coffee!
