Ingredients:
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 4 small tortillas (6-inch)
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
Cinnamon Sugar:
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Make the filling
- Mix cream cheese + sugar + vanilla until smooth
- Gently fold in diced strawberries
2. Assemble
- Spread filling over half of each tortilla
- Fold over to create a half-moon shape
3. Cook
- Heat a skillet over medium heat
- Spread butter on the outside of tortillas
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy
4. Finish
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while warm
- Slice into wedges
Optional Toppings:
- Powdered sugar dusting
- Whipped cream
- Strawberry syrup drizzle
- White chocolate drizzle
Tips:
- Don’t overfill or they’ll leak
- Cook on medium (not high) so the filling warms without burning
- Use slightly firm strawberries to avoid excess moisture
